Refund policy


  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    To start a return, you can contact us at nanditapalart@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not liable for the shipping cost of the returned package.

  • Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you have received an order by mistake instead of another item you have purchased, kindly contact me immediately with image proof of the item you have received and also email me the item you would like to purchase. If the item you want to buy costs more that the one you have received, you will have to pay the cost difference. If the item you want to buy is lower in cost that the one you have received, I will refund you the cost difference.

    You will be responsible for any custom and shipping cost while exchanging items. We will not be liable for any refund of customs and shipping cost. The item you want to exchange and return should be in same condition as shipped without any damages, used or unworn with original tags in its original packaging.

    Items damaged due to weather will not be exchanged.

  • Refunds

    We will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Please Note: We will not be responsible for damages or items that are bent in any way by the courier services. Also, items damaged due to weather conditions cannot be returned or refunded. Kindly check the weather conditions before ordering.
