Are the originals and prints framed?
No. None of the originals or the prints are framed. However, if you need your order to be framed, kindly email me.
There will be a $5 extra charge for shipping framed products. I will send you an additional invoice for this.
Can you gift wrap the product?
Yes. However, if you need your order to be gift wrapped, kindly email me.
How much time it takes to for me to receive the package?
You can select the delivery option while check out. While express delivery is available, it also depends on the area and country of destination.
Why is my delivery getting delayed?
The delay in delivery can be due to any issue from courier company reaching your destination. Do email me in this case so that I can take a look and try to solve this from my end.
Can I contact you if I received a different product and not the one I ordered?
Of course you can contact me. I will help you with the correct order. I will need to see the original order invoice as well as a picture of the item received.
What do I do in case the order I received is damaged?
In this case, send me a video as well as picture of the product opened as soon as you receive it. Better if I can get a video of opening the product. That way I can arrange a replacement for this.
Please note: if the order is damaged while shipping, only in this case the order will be replaced.
