Refund can be only provided in the below case. Kindly note all sales are final.
If the print arrives damaged during shipment, I will gladly send you a replacement print but for original artworks there will be no replacement as I don’t reproduce originals. Please take a photo of the damaged package and print and email it to me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a short explanation. Or if you want a discount instead of the refund that can be arranged. However NO refunds will be provided in case the product (print/ original) is not damaged during shipment.
