All items are shipped from Mumbai, India. Orders will be processed as soon as possible, but please note that during the busiest seasons (e.g. around the holiday season) it may take up to three to four weeks for me to get to your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size, type and weight of your order, so the best way to find out the shipping cost for a specific item is to add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.

These are different shipping options to choose from: DHL Express, FED EX Express, India Post Express and standard letter & parcel services provided by the Indian postal service. Please note that there may be additional charges upon import outside the INDIA.

DHL and FED EX Express is a fast and reliable way to get your package. All DHL and FED EX Express shipments include full tracking, and transit times should be around 3-7 business days worldwide.

Please note that both FED EX and DHL might require all packages to be personally signed for, these shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes. You may have the option of authorizing FED EX and DHL to deliver the package without a signature, but please be aware that opting for that will release us from any liability should the package be stolen or misplaced. For delivery related problems or questions we recommend contacting your local FED EX and DHL Express customer service before contacting us, as I have no access to FED EX and DHL's delivery records.

DTDC is another courier service with over 220 destinations that is fast and reliable way to get your package. All DTDC Regular and Express shipments include full tracking, and transit times should be around 7-15 business days worldwide.

Please note: DTDC has tie up with international partners so delivery will also depend on these courier companies in your destination country. Also it might require all packages to be personally signed for, these shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes. You may have the option of authorizing DTDC to deliver the package without a signature, but please be aware that opting for that will release us from any liability should the package be stolen or misplaced. For delivery related problems or questions we recommend contacting your local DTDC Express customer service before contacting us, as I have no access to DTDC delivery records.

Gift orders: Kindly email me for choosing the item as gifting option. Please provide the phone number of the recipient of the package when making the order! DTDC Express will need to contact them to schedule delivery.

The Standard Letter shipping method provided by the Indian postal service is a cheap method however, this is a slower process so it might take more time to receive your order. These shipments cannot be tracked.

Shipped via India Post and will be delivered to your mailbox if small enough, like regular letters. These letters generally arrive sooner than untracked ones, but since they are still carried by the postal service delays are common.

India Post provides online Track & Trace facility for International Speed Post. This method, carried by the postal service, is available for most destinations, including Australia and Mexico. These parcels require a signature upon delivery, when your country's national mail carrier provides such a service. The general maximum weight for International Speed Post (EMS) is 35kg. Some countries have lower weight restrictions. The size of a postal article for International speed Post service shall not exceed 1.5 meter for any one dimension and 3 meters for the sum of the length and the greatest circumference measured in a direction other than the length. Please allow at least 30 business days before inquiring after a lost package.

All domestic (Indian) orders are shipped via the India postal service.

Don't hesitate to contact me if the mail carrier in your area has a habit of bending envelopes, as I’d will take additional precautions, such as adding an extra piece of cardboard with print orders and writing instructions in languages other than English on the package.

Orders shipped outside the Indian territory may be subject to import tax.

Nandita Pal is not liable for customs clearance & service fees as determined by the mail carrier or the destination country's customs officials, and those fees are not a basis for a refund, as they aren't something I am/will be able to control or reliably predict. By making an order the buyer acknowledges the possibility of additional fees upon import and agrees that those fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that DHL, FED EX, and DTDC service fees for customs clearance vary wildly, and in some cases may surpass the value of the order. Some of these fees can be avoided by handling customs clearance yourself, if that is possible in your country – contact your local DHL representative or customs office if you're unsure.

Please note that all items will be valued at their retail price on the customs documents, without exception.
