 How does this work?

Step 1:

When client send me brief, I review the brief and discuss with client on deadline, what kind of design do they need, brand guidelines, I basically try to understand what the client wants.

Step 2:

I let them know how much will I charge for the project. If client agrees with the quote I send them invoice ($50, 50%, 50%).

Step 3:

I send client 2-3 draft concepts and let client review which design do they like most. Whichever concept they select I start working on that concept.

Step 4:

After client is satisfied with the final design I upload all the required final design files.

Card Payments:

Card Payments are available for purchasing anything from shop. Make sure the “Pay with Credit or Debit Card” option is selected Just click on “Pay with a credit or debit card“.

I send client 3 invoice – (1st) draft, (50%) before first half of project, (50%) before final files.

99designs.com 1-to-1 project where client secure the payment before starting the project and the payment gets released when I upload the final files.

$50(non-refundable) is initially charged just after the client agrees on total quotation for the project. This $50 is for draft concepts and is non-refundable.

50% (non-refundable if client decides to go ahead with the concept) Invoice of 50% payment is sent to client just after the client selects a concept. Minus $50 of draft concept. Client will have to pay this amount before I start working on the project with the selected concept.

50%(must pay before the final files are provided) A third invoice is sent to client after the project is complete and before I send the final files to client through drive. On 99design this payment is automatically released after I upload final files and mark the project complete.
