Read this before making a purchase!
When buying from Nandita’s Shop there are two different shipping options to choose from:
Domestic: DTDC and standard Economy mail via the Indian postal service SpeedPost and
International: FedEx and standard Economy mail via the Indian postal service SpeedPost. FedEx is a quick and reliable way to get your package. All of my packages sent via FedEx will include tracking, and shipping times should be around 3-7 business days worldwide.
FedEx is not available to all countries and addresses, and as for all International shipments, additional fees for customs clearance may apply. FedEx is not available for domestic (Indian) orders nearby my location so I will use either DTDC or India Post SpeedPost.
FedEx maybe expensive courier option for many customers but provides safe delivery of any product.
Indian Postal SpeedPost Service is a cheap, slow way to get your order. No tracking is provided for this option. The estimated delivery times for these packages vary based on destination, with domestic (India) orders taking 5-10 business days to arrive, and International orders orders to the rest of the world taking anything between 2 to 12 weeks. Please allow at least 30 business days before inquiring after a lost package.
All orders, whether domestic (within India) or international, are posted to you with Speed Post India, FedEx and DTDC.
I dispatch to the delivery address that you supply when placing your order. Kindly mention the address correctly so that there won’t be any issues in delivery. All orders are packed and shipped once a week, normally on a Monday. If you have any special shipping requirements or need to change an order destination address then please email me at email@example.com
You have 15 calendar days to process return of an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and photo of before and after opening the product.
Once we receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on bank process time, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Usually it will be refunded within 3-5 working days but there may be delay during festive season, weekends and bank process time.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, so the best way to find out the shipping cost for a specific item is to add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
